Throughout the challenging COVID years, XAMAS Founder Samantha Giraud led the first Global Summit in the figure skating world, uniting leaders to support the community and foster resilience and unity.
Samantha also advocates for emotional intelligence and strength in women, demonstrated by the first StrongWomen.Live Summit in 2022 for successful women leaders. This summit echoed our belief that greater capability brings greater responsibility.
Our most recent initiative, the Unique Dream Fighters Academy, is an emotional intelligence education platform for skaters, parents, and coaches. This community fosters learning and growth, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
